I am a wife, a mom, a grandmother, and a Professional School Counselor. I enjoy being a mentor, a motivator and a leader at Hartford High School in the Hackett School District. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology and Counseling from Arkansas Tech University.
My husband is Dr. D. Chris Rink, who is the Director of the Western Arkansas Technical Center at UA Fort Smith.
My children live in Texas and Arkansas, which means my grandchildren live in Texas and Arkansas.
I enjoy reading, playing piano and listening to Jazz and Classical music; the Fort Smith Symphony is a great venue for listening.
I was born in Austin, Texas and grew up in Waxahachie, Texas with parents Ellis & Thelma McCutchen and six brothers and three sisters.
I am a Christian by choice, and play piano at two United Methodist churches each Sunday.
